Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs on high until foamy.
Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is double in volume.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add alternately with water and vanilla to egg mixture, beating on low speed just until combined.
Immediately pour into greased and floured 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 22 to 25 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
