Spinach-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. (8 oz.) Colby or Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to
    packaged
    directions;
    drain well and set aside.
    Cook noodles
    according
    to
    directions; drain and set aside.
    Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
    Add flour,
    stirring
    until smooth.
    Cook
    1
    minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cook
    over
    medium heat, stirring
    constantly until thick and
    bubbly.
    Stir
    in salt and pepper.
    Stir 1/2 cup of white sauce
    into
    the spinach.
    Spoon spinach mix into a greased
    baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Mix noodles and 1/2 cup of white sauce and spoon over
    cheese. Spoon
    remaining
    white
    sauce
    over
    noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
