Cranberry-Baked Apple(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

8 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. golden raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. grated orange peel
4 large baking apples
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small bowl, stir cranberry sauce, raisins, cinnamon and orange peel; set aside.
Core apples and pare a 2-inch strip from top all around.
In a 9 or 10-inch pie plate sprayed with Pam, place apples.
Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice over each apple and fill with mixture, letting excess fall into pan.
(Can be microwaved, uncovered, on High for 10 to 12 minutes.)
