Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. sifted regular flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Put ingredients as listed into a bowl; mix.
Put eggs in, one at a time; blend each one.
Put the nuts in by folding, not mixing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in ungreased tube pan.
