Watergate Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. miniature marshmallows
walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water and pour into mixing bowl. Add all the rest of the ingredients to bowl and mix. Pour into a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
