Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, diced
1 pt. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. beef stock
Preparation

Season and brown roast.
Cook until done. Shred roast into small pieces.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes or until mixture is thick.
Serve over toasted buns.
Yields 12 servings.
