Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising cornmeal
2/3 c. oil
1 can cream-style corn
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
chopped jalapenos to taste
Preparation

Combine and mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased pan and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
