Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, sliced
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    6 to 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter and garlic.
    Cook and drain broccoli. Add broccoli to mushrooms.
    Add soup.
    Add cheese.
    Stir well. Simmer on low heat until cheese is melted.
    Serve with fresh veggies or chips.
    Serve in a fondue pot or chafing dish.
