Rhubarb Surprise Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3 c. diced raw rhubarb
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder; cut in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Mix egg and milk and add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well and press into a 9-inch pie plate.
    Arrange rhubarb evenly over the pastry.
    Sprinkle the Jell-O over the rhubarb.
