Pepperidge Farm Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
    1/2 c. bouillon
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    6 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    In a large bowl mix onions and remaining ingredients.
    Form into loaf in baking dish.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Then pour 8
    ounces tomato sauce over meat and sprinkle with 1 tsp. crushed oregano and bake 20 minutes more.
