    6 poached eggs
    1 pkg. Hollandaise sauce
    6 halves toasted muffins
Preparation
    Poach eggs.
    Butter and toast muffins.
    Prepare Hollandaise sauce.
    Place a slice of ham on muffins.
    Drizzle with Hollandaise sauce.
