Carnival Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 2-inch pieces
3/4 c. cooked, converted rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green or red pepper
1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
