Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw white potatoes, scrubbed and thinly sliced
    1 lb. baked ham (either presliced or sliced thinly)
    1 large onion, thinly sliced into rings
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery, mushroom or potato soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    3/4 tsp. crumbled dried tarragon
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Grease a 2-quart casserole with margarine.
    Alternate layers of potatoes, ham and onion slices.
    In a small bowl, blend the soup, milk, salt, pepper, tarragon and parsley.
    Pour over casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
