Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    9 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. scallions, finely chopped
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in large pot; add bouillon.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add soy sauce and boil again.
    Remove from heat; add eggs all at once, stirring rapidly in a circle with spoon.
    Stir in scallions.
    Serve immediately.
