Microwave Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
1/3 c. water
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sweet pickle or green pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine potatoes and water in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish; cover and microwave on High for 8 to 12 minutes, or until tender, stirring after 6 minutes.
Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Chill.
