Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (20 oz. each) cans crushed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In 5-quart covered pan, heat corn oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; saute 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes.
    Serve over spaghetti.
