Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. orange sherbet
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add lemon juice.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Add
    sherbet
    and orange rind and mix.
    Add oranges. Pour into a mold.
