Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    4 c. water
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine everything except cheese.
    Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Smash with potato masher.
    Pour in cheese.
    Cook and stir until cheese melts.
