Championship Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chips
    1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine flour and sugar, cut in butter until crumbly.
    Stir in 1/2 chips; press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    In same bowl, combine milk, egg and vanilla.
    Stir in remaining chips and nuts. Spread over crust.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely.
    Store, covered, at room temperature.
