Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. each: onion salt and garlic salt
    1 to 2 cans shrimp
    2 cans cream or whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Serve with cut up vegetables.
