Fantastic Blueberry Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
1 loaf heavy bread (10 oz.), cubed (not Wonder Bread types)
3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. granulated sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
1 pt. blueberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place butter into 9 x 13-inch pan and place in oven long enough to melt the butter, then coat the pan with the melted butter.
Mix the milk, eggs and vanilla then pour over bread in a large bowl and toss.
Mix the sugar and spices and add 1/2 of it to the bread mix.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Fold in the blueberries, then put into the buttered pan.
Sprinkle the rest of the sugar and spice mix over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
