Curry Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Place 1 piece of chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap.
    Working from center to the edges, pound lightly to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Remove plastic wrap and repeat with remaining chicken.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Place in oven for 2 to 3 minutes, or until margarine is melted.
    Stir in honey, mustard, curry powder and salt.
    Place chicken in dish.
    Turn once to coat.
    Bake 10 minutes, uncovered.
    Turn chicken over.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until done.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 4.
