Easy Oriental Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) low salt chicken broth
    2 c. water
    1 to 2 Tbsp. dried mixed vegetable flakes
    1 c. sugar snap peas
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor Ramen noodle soup
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen small cooked shrimp or 1 (5 oz.) can chicken
    1/4 c. frozen or fresh chopped onion
    green onions, if desired
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine broth, water and vegetable flakes; bring to a boil.
    Add frozen peas.
    Partially break up noodles from soup; stir in boiling broth.
    Reduce heat to medium; cook uncovered for 3 to 4 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender.
    Stir in seasoning from packet in soup, shrimp and onion.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Garnish with chopped green onions.
