Vinerbrod(Swedish Tea Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. softened oleo
    1 egg white, beaten
    sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Place flour in large bowl; make a well in center.
    Add whole egg, 1/3 cup sugar, milk and yeast. Mix well.
    Roll into square on well floured surface.
    Spread with butter.
    Fold into thirds.
    Repeat rolling and fold ingredients 3 more times.
    Cut folded dough into long strips; dip into beaten egg white and coat with the extra sugar.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Makes 3 dozen.
