Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (deep dish)
    2 c. sweet potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. bourbon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook and drain the potatoes.
    Mash (whip) them to make the 2 cups.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Pour into raw pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0.
