Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    2 sticks margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. dried onion flakes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Post Toasties
Preparation
    Mix together hash browns (thawed), 1 stick margarine (melted), sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion flakes, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
    Spread in a baking dish.
    Coarsely crush the Post Toasties.
    Mix them in a small bowl with 1 stick melted margarine.
    Spread over the potato mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
