Quick Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) pie crust, prepared
    1/4 to 1/3 lb. Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk (I use 1%)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1 to 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    fresh or dried basil
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Thaw one 10-inch deep-dish pie crust.
    Grate 1/4 to 1/3 Swiss cheese into the pie crust bottom.
    Spread the thawed or barely cooked frozen spinach on top of the cheese.
    Do not mix.
    Add the chopped onions, nutmeg and basil.
    Whisk the eggs in the milk and pour over the top of the mixture.
    Sprinkle paprika over top and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
