Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp. Baking soda
    1 tsp. Baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    3 cups apples, peeled and chopped (I use Rome apples)
    1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine the oil, eggs and sugar in one bowl and the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the liquids and mix well.
    Stir in 3 cups apples and 1 cup pecans. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tested done.
