Red Beans And Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. red kidney beans, cooked
    1 c. luncheon meat, diced
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 c. water
    1 to 2 cans tomatoes, cut up
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. green chilies, chopped
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a pot.
    Bring to boil.
    Lower heat. Cover and boil gently, about 25 minutes until rice is tender. Makes 6 servings.
