Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. vanilla
    walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Put margarine and cream cheese in a 9 x 13-inch glass microwave dish and cook 2 to 3 minutes on High, until melted. Depending on microwave, may take longer to melt cream cheese.
    Add dry mixture and vanilla.
    When all dry mixture is blended in, then add walnuts.
    Use your hands to mix up the fudge and press out in pan.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
