Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. wieners

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add milk; mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in oil.
Coat wieners with batter.
Cook in deep, hot oil until brown.
