Confetti Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced bacon diced
    2 c. long grain rice, cooked
    2 c. diced carrots, par boiled
    2 c. diced celery, par boiled
    1 c. fresh or frozen sweet peas
    optional: soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon to a paper towel. Use 1/3 c. of the drippings. Add rice, carrots, celery and peas to the drippings. Cook until heated through, about 5 - 7 minutes. Stir in bacon. Serve with soy sauce if desired.
