Microwave Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    popped corn
    nuts (optional)
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. syrup
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, butter, syrup and soda. Cook 4 minutes, stir every 1 minute.
    Pour syrup over popped corn and stir.
    May add nuts.
    Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes; one minute and stir, 45 seconds and stir, 30 seconds and stir.
    Pour out on cookie sheet.
    Let cool.
