Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 yellow or red peppers, diced
4 tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
3 Tbsp. oil
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic to taste
Preparation

Mince onion and garlic in oil.
Add remaining ingredients to pan.
Simmer on low until all is soft.
