Peaches 'N' Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 13 oz. can peach slices
    6 oz. peach gelatin
    1 large carton cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Drain peach syrup into a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Let cool, but do not refrigerate. Stir in cottage cheese. Whip whipping cream (do not substitute). Fold in with peach slices. Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate.
