Fudge Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened milk
2 c. flour
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
60 unwrapped kisses
2 oz. white chocolate
1 tsp. oil

Preparation

Melt white chocolate; add oil.
Drizzle over cooled kisses.
