Beef Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp. tender quick salt
2 1/2 pounds LEAN ground beef
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 cup water
Preparation

Mix well divide in half make two rolls wrap in wax paper.
Let stand in fridge. 24 hours.
Unwrap and cook on rack for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
