Salade Mimosa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 head romaine lettuce
    2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Shake vigorously in jar.
    Arrange greens in a bowl.
    Add dressing and toss well.
    Sprinkle with chopped eggs.
