Duchess Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 lb. meat
    1 1/2 c. water
    mashed taters
Preparation
    Stir soup mix into water in a 2 cup measuring cup.
    Use 1/2 cup and blend into ground meat.
    Shape meat into a big \"O\" in skillet.
    Cut into 6 wedges but leave in a circle.
    Pour remaining soup mixture over and cover.
    Cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. Spoon taters into skillet in globs and
    drizzle juice over the taters.
    Good!
