Pineapple Mallow Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch baked pie shell
    24 large marshmallows
    1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Heat marshmallows, pineapple and lemon juice in saucepan (or double boiler) just until marshmallows are melted.
    Stir constantly.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in the whipped cream. Put into pie shell and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
