Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. water
1 cup each: onion, carrots, zucchini, corn, small chunk potato, spinach
1 sm. green pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic
2 c. cauliflower
2 c. broccoli
3/4 c. celery
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. each: oregano, basil, celery seed, hot pepper, Italian seasoning
1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation

Boil water.
Saute onion, celery, pepper and add to boiling water.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add carrots, potato, garlic and spices.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, spinach, corn and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
