Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. water
3 eggs
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt.
Beat egg yolks and add most of the water.
Cook until it boils, stirring all the time. Add lemon juice and butter or margarine.
Add 6 tablespoons of sugar, 1 at a time, until the egg whites stand in peaks, stiff and glossy.
Pile on top of filling in a baked pie shell.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
