Rhubarb Custard Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 layer yellow cake mix
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. granulated sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Prepare batter for cake mix according to package directions. Turn into a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan which has been greased and floured.
Cover batter with rhubarb.
Sprinkle rhubarb with granulated sugar.
Pour whipping cream over ingredients in pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly.
(Cream and rhubarb sink to bottom, forming a lush custard layer.)
Makes 15 to 18 servings.
Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
