Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine, softened
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cream butter and cheese; add flour, salt, red pepper and paprika.
    Mix well.
    Shape dough into 4 rolls (1-inch in diameter).
    Wrap each roll in foil.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours. Slice rolls 1/4-inch thick and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Yields 16 dozen.
    Dough or wafers, after baking, may be frozen!
