Beef And Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 stick margarine, melted
    4 eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. ground beef, cooked and drained well
    1 c. cream-style or whole grain corn
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tests done.
    Serve with a salad for a complete meal.
