Spaghettini Ala Puttanesca(The Whore'S Spaghetti) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 small dried red chile, crushed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
1/3 c. slivered black olives
1 Tbsp. capers
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 (2 oz.) can anchovies, drained and chopped
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 lb. spaghettini
salted water
Preparation

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add onion and chile and cook until onion is soft.
Add garlic, tomatoes, olives, capers and oregano.
Raise heat so this begins to boil gently.
Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until sauce is slightly thickened (20 minutes).
