Broccoli Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    6 c. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    8 oz. fine egg noodles
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    6 c. milk
    1 lb. processed American cheese (Kraft blue pkg.)
    pepper and salt
Preparation
    Heat
    oil in large pot.
    Add onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes; heat to boiling until cubes dissolve.
    Gradually add noodles and salt while mixture continues to boil.
    Cook uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in broccoli and garlic.
    Cook 4 minutes; add milk, cubed cheese and pepper.
    Continue cooking until cheese melts.
