Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, grated
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. dry milk powder
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together. Drop 2 tablespoons batter per pancake into hot, well-greased pan.
    Fry over medium heat.
    Turn once.
    Both sides should be crisp and golden.
    May be served with sour cream and/or applesauce or topped with grated cheese.
