Gingerbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. dark molasses
    4 eggs, add one at a time
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. each cinnamon and ginger
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Must set 12 hours in refrigerator before using.
    Bake 15 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven.
