Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in half of the water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Cover loosely.
    Keep at room temperature for 24 hours.
